Client Services Account Manager
Job description: We’re looking for Client Service Account Managers with experience in retention, sales, or lead generation. The clients are small to medium business owners, so candidates who have owned their own business would be a good fit for this role. This person is able to think quickly on their feet and provide an amazing client experience. Responsibilities include account management, client retention, collections, sales, and consulting/educating the client about online advertising. This position is in a call center environment.
Qualifications: * Account management and client retention experience * Previously worked in a call center environment * Experience owning a business is a PLUS! * Enjoy solving client problems in a patient and understanding manner * Good negotiating and sales abilities * Excellent client facing skills * Capable of multitasking – surfing through multiple search engines and databases while on the phone * Awesome communication / personal skills * Ability to turn a negative situation into a positive * Have an easy-going but professional attitude * Comfortable being on the phones all day

Technical Project Coordinator
Education Requisites: Bachelor’s Degree
Description: ProfitFuel is looking for a marketing project coordinator for the Outrank.com product. The candidate will be instrumental in the planning, execution, and analysis of a variety of search engine optimization projects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who would enjoy working at an innovative online company and learning a lot about search engine optimization.
Responsibilities:
•The candidate will learn how to become an expert in search engine optimization and will apply that knowledge to improve the rankings of our clients.
• The candidate will be working on several ongoing projects. The projects will vary from day to day and the candidate should be comfortable moving from project to project. • The candidate will collaborate with developers, database engineers, and managers to solve problems.
• The job will require the candidate to perform internet research and data analysis.
• Over time, the candidate will be responsible for the creative activity of coming up with new ideas and projects to improve our clients’ website rankings in the search engines.
Qualifications:
• The candidate should be moderately to extremely technical so they can figure out how to get the most out of complex, largely undocumented, software, techniques, and processes related to the activity of performing search engine optimization. The candidate must be a fast learner.
• The position requires a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• The candidate should have a positive attitude and should enjoy working in a fast-paced start-up environment. The candidate should work effectively as a team player to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
• The candidate requires a strong understanding of the English language and an ability to write intelligently and thoughtfully.
• The candidate must have strong follow-up skills and must be very accountable. This job requires effective time-management, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Must have a strong understanding of the internet, websites, and Google. Although we do not expect candidates to have a strong background related to our specific industry, an advanced understanding of the internet will prove to be extremely helpful when trying to grasp the more complicated concepts related to search engine optimization.
• The candidate should have a strong analytical mind and should have a strong eye for detail.
Location: Location is in Austin, Texas. No travel will be required.
