Outrank Reviews: LinkedIn Job Application Tool

Linkedin has released customizable plug-ins for companys so that job applicants are able to apply online via the linkedin application tool. Seems like an awesomely streamlined process and one that will alleviate some of those painfully long, counterintuitive and repetitive online application processes.

All a company has to do is embed a small snippet of code on their website to get things rolling. Where applications are routed to is customizable as is the look and feel of the user interface. This way, employers can maintain a consistent brand image.

As a job applicant, you can edit and update your information on the spot. You’ll also be able to see connections who work at the company to which you are applying — a time-saver if you are looking to network and make the most of your job search. Submissions are manageable both from the employer and candidate side.

Outrank.com and ProfitFuel Now Offers Tuition Reimbursement!

Because we know the value of education, we want to help our employees achieve their academic goals. To encourage the professional and personal development of every ProfitFuel employee, the company has established a policy to reimburse employees for qualified continued education and training expenses that are successfully completed.

Employees that take advantage of this perk will not only benefit from the money that is spent on their tuition, but they will also benefit by being better educated workers. And this often results in increasing their value in the marketplace. It’s like getting a raise twice!

This benefit applies to all full-time team members that have been employed for over 90 days. All courses will need to be pre-approved by leadership and course work must be completed on employees’ own time. Reimbursement is contingent upon passing the class.

Employees will also be required to lead a relevant discussion session for fellow employees covering the material learned in the coursework. By sharing the learned material with co-workers, this will function as a study aid and it also gives fellow employees the opportunity to learn something new too!
